T4-1 unable to boot after motherboard replacement (unrecognised chassis)

 Hi
as stated in the service manual, there is a need to upgrade the firmware if i encountered the error message 

Unrecognized Chassis: This module is installed in an unknown or
unsupported chassis. You must upgrade the firmware to a newer
version that supports this chassis.

During the motherboard replacement, i moved the SP and the yellow black NVRAM over to the new motherboard. This is to preserve the configuration of the older motherboard. 
After powering up the server with the new motherboard, the error message appeared. ILOM loses most of their functionalities and the chassis error appeared. 
Server was unable to boot.
