OMS Backup

 Hi All,

We are planning for OEM upgrade from 12.1.0.1 BP1 to 12.1.0.3.

As a part am planning to create the OMS backup as per oracle documentation using the following command.

<OMS_HOME>/bin/emctl exportconfig oms [-sysman_pwd <sysman password>] [-dir <backup dir>]

But does it needs the OMS to be down while executing the command.

Secondly i want to know is there any specific command to backup the software libraries.
