When a purchase order is released from a blanket order advanced pricing doesn't work (only for accru

 In the customer case they have the following on the blanket order OB (in their F4074:- Adjusted price: 180 euro
- Freight: 10 euro
- Control costs: 1 euro
When the call of is done, the PROV flag is set to 1. In the call off they want to perform a monthly increment for stocking onto the price. In addition to this when I am using the substitute items, the price gets defaulted to 0 euro.
Is there any possibility to remove the PROV flag?
