RMAN recovery catalog database query for recovery catalog Database 12.1

Hi,

i want to know if the following is certified for 12c rman catalog database

can create a recovery catalog database on 12.1 and can we register 11g, 10g and 9i traget databases in the recovery catalog database version 12.1.

can 12.1 recovery catalog database for rman wil backup 11g, 10g and 9i as client target databases

your input will be of great help to us.
