Setting Up Active OMS in Separate Data Center

Hi Everyone,

Scenario:

We have 2 data centers about 15 mi apart.  What are the issues (besides latency between OMS and Repository) if I create an ACTIVE/ACTIVE OMS with one active OMS in each Data Center?  Management wants to create such an environment.  If the primary OMS server/Data Center (main Admin Server) goes down, will the Active additional OMS work or will their be some issues.  If their are issues what can they be?
