strange problem with T2000

I  have a Sun enterprise T2000  running solaris 10u11 , if i do a psrinfo  I see only 4 cpus . I know T2000 processors come in 4 or 8 core and each core has 4 threads so i should see 16 processors mininum but why iam seeing only 4?

on my other T2000 I see the correct amount as 32 processors .

all the ALOM tests pass and system is showing no faults.

also how can i see on system console level before i start solaris how much memory my server have ?
