Oracle Receivables: ERROR : ORA-00001: UNIQUE CONSTRAINT (.)

Oracle version 12.1.3

I have not been able to find any note on the above described error being encountered in  Receivables whenever running the "Create Accounting" process for Orcle version 12.1.3.
