_are  there different time response between this tools?

_are there different layer?..in short

_ how/what layer are there?

_doubt: focus on query itself ..this is true? :   SELECT query in table spend/process less time than INSERT query in table ?

_I submit a query in sqldeveloper, so how can I know the start time of this query?,..where is logs?

_any tips?
