Journals aspproval to be delegated to relief officer.

Hello team,

i'm the system administrator. I got a request from my user that needs to proceed on vacation that i should set a vacation rule for him such that transactions initiated by his surbodinates while he is away on leave will automatically flow to the relief officer. I did set the vacation rule but i guess it doesnt apply to journal postings as the relief officer did not receive any postings for approval. please advise.
