One Purchase Order with different Operating Unit

Hi everybody,

I will be in a new customer (a real estate agency), the Structure will be: 1 Business Group, around 20 Legal Entities and 20 Operating Units.  I need to know if exists a way that the following can be possible:

Create 1 Purchase Order with different Operating Units. (The customer want this because they want to consolidate the requisitions of different operating units and projects)
