Run Time Load Balancing in 3 node RAC env

We have just added 3rd node in our RAC env to scale & distribute the workload. But we wanted to balance the load equally on all the 3 nodes based during run time. This is Enterprise Datawarehouse env with around 3 Tb size & the database connections spawns from Informatica, OBIEE tools for ETL & Reporting. So, for ETLs & reporting we have created different services. So could you let us know how we can achieve the run time load balancing using services in 3 node RAC architecture so that particular node should not be loaded much & should not perform
