Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hope somebody can help me with the following:

Does it affect in any way to install the following SEPA patches for 11i(listed on Doc ID 791226.1 :Patch 13510283, Patch 13434486), if prior to this an Add-On Localization for Finland SEPA( Patch 17040985) was installed?
