Patch 8815204 preqreqs?

Patch 3180816 "11i.AD.I" is a prerequisite for patch 8815204. 
The specific patch 3180816 has not been applied to my system but when I list the installed products I see 11i.AD.I.7 has been installed. Does this cover the prerequisite? Am I good to continue or does patch 3180816 need to be applied?

e.g.
SELECT PATCH_LEVEL
  FROM applsys.fnd_product_installations a
  where patch_level like '%AD%';

Result:
11i.AD.I.7
