Oracle Web EDI- Oracle upload Template error with IE Version 9

 Recently, a windows security patch was pushed out to all of our Windows 7 laptops that included upgrading the IE to version 9.

A user, for month end, navigated bto General Ledger Super User > Launch Journal Wizard > In the layout select drop down menu selected "Functional Actuals - Single" > Create Document

The next display shows a file can be downloaded to the desktop. This would be a template that would open up into an excel spreadsheet.

Web ADI Expecting a template to load the user obtains a "Run-time error '1004': Method 'VBProject' of object '_workbook' failed.

- We uninstalled the version 9 and now that we have reverted back to IE 8 we still are getting this prompt.
