Bonus Depreciation for Converted Hong Kong assets

I am working on a fixed asset conversion to bring Hong Kong Assets into PeopleSoft 9.1 asset management.

I have added a new Bonus Depreciation category for these assets and updated the Asset Profile to include this bonus depreciation.

However when I run the Depreciation Calculation process for these assets, the accum depreciation (PDP) is no different than it was when I converted the assets without any Bonus Depreciation setup for the Category.

What do I need to do in order to convert assets with a PDP DEPR so the Bonus Depreciation of 40% will be applied correctly?
