When applying Patch 16401462, received error:

This delta archive does not add to or supersede any elements of the master archive

stat_low = 9
stat_high = 0
emsg:was terminated by signal 9

AutoPatch error:
ERROR [code=1] Running adjcopy.class


AutoPatch error:
Error updating master archive Checked document 397480.1. Does not seem to apply.
