WIP Job issued materials

Hi Team,
I have issued a raw material form Lot 1, 5 Qty and lot 2 5 Qty.

 Due to some reason user tried to return back the materials but while taking back the materials system is allowed to take back the extra materials meaning Lot 1 if user enters 6 Qty systems is allowing.

How to restrict the same.
