Reg: ovm manager login issue

in Oracle VM (OVM) (MOSC) Question
 Hi,
     Each first time when i login to the ovm-manager through web console, it throws invalid login. But it'll accept the second time. Even i have refreshed the web console and tried but the first time it is not login but there is no password mismatch. Can any one please give the solution or work around to resolve this issue.?
