How to Void the Prepayment and prepayment payment

Dear,

I have a some prepayment which is applied with payment. Now the problem is that in payment screen systme is not given me the option to void the payment or when I try to cancel the prepayment systme is not allowing please advise how I can void the prepayment and payment . Thankjs
