Issues with data pump schema dumps between 11.2.0.1.0 and 11.2.0.3.0

I'm heading in today to look at issues that surfaced when a data pump export (expdp) of two schemas from an 11.2.0.1.0 database were imported into an 11.2.0.3.0 database.  In the past, this has worked fabulously for the customer and is done often enough by non-DBA folks; however, we're upgrading from 11.2.0.1.0 to 11.2.0.3.0, and they imported the schemas into the new database and it "broke things".  Any experience in the community on this?  I'm thinking I may be able to run the post-upgrade scripts and be good (I did an out-of-place upgrade from 11.2.0.1.0 to 11.2.0.3.0, and the only
