SQL Developer (TNS) connection issue on my side
Hi Gurus,First, hope I'm on the right thread, but please feel free to move this topic to the right one if not.
Second, I would like to seek your advise regarding my current issue. I downloaded SQL Dev otn and extract it. As i understood that It is just an exe or no installation needed.
I placed the sqldeveloper to my C:\ drive and execute.
But then I always getting the Status : Failure -Test failed: IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection
Please take note I already set and map where the tnsnames.ora file is located in the sqldev database setup preference. But still i get the same issue.
