Library file version

 Hi
I applied a patch and it upgrades a library file..
After patching I opened the library file there the version shows as 120.22.12010000.6 
But the same library file when I use strings command (cd $AU_TOP/resource) and get the version it is showing 120.22.12010000.7
According to patch the version should be 120.22.12010000.7

Why there is a difference?
