RDBPROD: How to get the current tsn

Hi guys              at my site ar trying to implement a customized replication,  tha captures dml, make a data model conversion and then sends news to other database.  To do this they want to identify ecah modification with a transaction id (tsn).  Is ther a way to obtain the tsn of the current transaction?
