Audits only for refnum/remark changes

Hi all,
Can we capture audits only for refnum/remark updates?

Right now shipment modified event captures the audits for these kind of changes but it also includes a lot of internal system changes. Can we just audit the remark/refnum changes with out setting up SHIPMENT - MODIFIED audit event?
