UCAS Transactional Data Component Error on SCC_STG_PDE.MAR_STATUS after Bundle #30

It was found that an error is returned on the UCAS Transactional Data component search page after the application of CS 9 Bundle #30. This was caused by changes introduced in the bundle.  Campus Solutions Development quickly responded to this critical issue by posting a Patch in My Oracle Support.
