Creating one theme for all users

I just had to create a new role type in my systemm and so I copied a particular role we already had and then begain to customize.  however, when i put a user into this new role, the theme was totaly different and not the standard one (with company logo) someone set up before. 

Can you help me figure out how to set the theme for this new role so that I can have it match all of the other roles.
