New Tax Recovery Rate Code - Update tax code

Hello

Currently, the Quebec government updates the recovery tax method.

In fact,  the TVQ 9.975% is 0% recovrable so the new method is to recovery it partiely. So I need help to setup the new Tax Recovery Rate Code in our instance.

So in my understanding, I have to :

1) Create a new <Tax Recovery Rate Code> = ''Test Partiel rate ''

2) Update the old Tax Recovery Rate Code (Standard 0%) by the new one '`Test Partiel rate'' in the Tax form.

3) Also Update the Tax Recovery Rate Code in the <Rule-Deternime Recovery Rate>

 

Please, could you confirm if my approach is rigth
