Benefit confirmation Report Hang for one employee

We are on Rel 12.0 and Benefit confirmation Report is hanging and never finish.

We did mention in  so far in oracle support. But no luck

Benefits Confirmation and Summary report request hangs (Doc ID 369019.1)
Effective Date Parameter for the Benefits Confirmation and Summary Report (Doc ID 1464506.1)
Please run the Benefits Confirmation And Summary Report through the Benefits Reports Wrapper Process using the effective date as:
Effective Date = Open enrollment period start date or any day within the open enrollment period (please do not pass the life event occured date).



2)Change the profile option 'Currency:Negative Format' to '-XXX' at different
