Custom PO Print Report (XML) does not show the Operating Unit when submitting it from Submit Request

Hello:

      We're migrating to R12 and Custom PO Print Report (XML) does not show the Operating Unit when submitting it from Submit Request screen. Due to this PO Numbers From parameter field does not show the values in the list.

      I initialized the org_id using mo_global api. However, the issue still exists. What needs to be here in order for the LOV to come up for "PO Numbers From" parameter field.
