How do I initialize the SSSE Outlook Add-In in Outlook 2010?

Following the instructions in Bookshelf bring me to this section, but it appears that this is still written for Outlook 2007 becuase it says:

2 In Microsoft Outlook, enter your Siebel user name and password as follows:

a Select Tools, Options, and then Siebel.b Enter your Siebel user name in the User Name field and your Siebel password in the Passwordfield, then click OK.The problem is that Tools , Options doesn't exist in OL 2010 and if I go to File, Options, there is no Siebel option in order to set the parameters.  Where do I set these in Outlok 2010?Thanks in advance.Tom
