PAY: Element entry validation during Payroll Processing

Hi All,

We have a recurring element which will be effective 01/01/14. This element entry could have any value between 1 and 2000.

What Fast formula could I use if I want payroll to stop processing this entry if YTD value exceeds certain limit. (say YTD for this element for an employee reach 5000)

(I can write function to get employee's YTD for this element, but wanted to know the FF and where to attach).
