 Object Invalid After Applying Patches
Problem Description

 Applied Extended Support Patches with July 2013 CPU patches which resulted in below invalid objects.

This is what was reported in below:

Error is received when querying back user name in DEVRAIL, can you have a look please?

ORA-04063: package body "APPS.FND_SSO_MANAGER" has errors
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "APPS.FND_SSO_MANAGER"
