Failure of DBConsole following daylight saving time change

Hi

I am running Oracle 10.2.0.4 on Windows server 2003. I restarted DBConsole on the production server after we changed to daylight saving time and was then getting Java errors. I decided to recreate the repository, have done this successfully before in test environment and production environment. Unfortunately although the service starts successfully it gives a java.lang.Exception: Exception in sending Request :: null with Status Pending and there is no connection to the database.
If I click on the Status Pending link it returns:Error finding target rm4p.massey.ac.nz from the repository. The target does not exist or you may not have the access to the target.

Howdy, Stranger!
