Rman restore fails with below error

RMAN-03002: failure of restore command at 10/03/2013 13:43:01
ORA-19870: error reading backup piece /standby_bkup/w08p_prod_backups/W08P_bnolfkcv_1_1
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [2103], [0], [0], [1], [900], [], [], []

its a disk level backup i have taken from primary,during backup if failed to backup the control file due to non-existent directory setup in automatic

RMAN-03009: failure of Control File and SPFILE Autobackup command on c1 channel
at 10/03/2013 12:41:31ORA-19504: failed to create file "/data/W08P/dump/udump/bkptrc/c-2461908123-2013
1003-06"ORA-27040: file create error, unable to create file
Linux-x86_64 Error: 2: No such file or directory

i ignored the  above and have taken the control file backup separately.
