table return's null rows in toad

Dear all,
My one table fm_matl_dtl has data and it returns null rows, However when I try to access it from sqlplus it returns rows.

I tried through toad with both user gmd/apps but now rows however when i check the table grant option it has given privliges to apps already.

sys_context is also not working.
