In RPAS/RDF 13.4.1.6 - hierachyMgr fails while executing patchInstall

Experts,

After upgrading RPAS/RDF 13.4.1.6 and during execution of patchinstall it fails with below error. Does anybody faced this kind of issue & resolved? Any quick update will be highly appreciable. Although I have raised a SR.

Running hierarchyMgr to import hiers in /rpas_data/rdf/domains/RDFcfg
Ended task : installPatchDimensions(com.retek.ride.installer.tasks.InstallDimPatching)
