My report can't show up

Hi, all.

My user has created a project - a report with business view. It can't show up in his laptop but it can show up in another laptop using same login id ...

Opening UBE Log for report R55EBC001, version VR01

--UBE--[0]-- Unable to load Specifications.
--UBE--[0]-- End Time : 16:30:18
UBE Job Finished with Error(s).
Increase Debug Level into your jde.ini to view the cause of this error.

Above is error log from  the printqueue folder ...
