Problem while deploying custom OAF page in Oracle Apps

I have generated a custom OAF page which is running fine on my local apche server.

Now when I deployed it on oracle apps under responsibility - FWK_TBX_MENU_LAB got error as:

<!--StartFragment-->oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Could not load application module 'oracle.apps.icx.data.schema.server.LovAM'

where LovAM is my application module.

I have bounced apache server multiple times but of no use.

Pls find further stack trace as attachment.
