eSupplier Portal

Hello, we are implementing Peoplesoft eSupplier portal in 9.1 and we have a question on the Installation and setup. We have a regular FSCM application running on a Oracle database and we want to install the eSupplier portal on the same database but on a different "Portal" on a separate web server and app server over the internet. eSupplier pages will be on the internet and when power users login also (apart from outside Suppliers) we don't want them to see any other pages except the eSupplier portal related pages.
 
So Question is: Does the eSupplier application comes with a different Portal delivered so that only the eSupplier pages are in this portal and no other FSCM pages like eProcurement, payables etc are visible?
