Is Budgetary Control controlled solely by the setup in General Ledger only? 

If "no", may Accounts Payable affect Budgetary Control for just the Accounts Payable (and not affect Projects and not affect Purchasing or any other subledger) module?

If "no", may Purchasing affect Budgetary Control for just the Purchasing (and not affect Accounts Payable and not affect Projects or any other subledger) module?

If "no", may Projects affect Budgetary Control for just the Projects (and not affect Accounts Payable and not affect Purchasing or any other subledger) module?
