Upgrading Oracle XML Parser v9.0.4 with Oracle Applications 11i (Doc ID 271148.1)

I'm following Note 783600.1 and in Step 5 I wanted to know if in fact XML Parser for Java V9.0.4 was installed.In OAM "Applied Patches" search nothing is displayed for patch 4583125.

783600.1 - Step 5 : Upgrade Oracle XML Parser for Java v9.0.4 with Oracle Applications 11i. (Required)

Follow the instructions in My Oracle Support Knowledge Document 271148.1 to configure and apply interoperability patches for Oracle XML Parser for Java v9.0.4.

However in Note 271148.1 (Upgrading Oracle XML Parser for Java v9.0.4) in step 4 the recommended grep returns: 

0  04-18-03 20:10   .xdkjava_version_9.0.4.0.0_production

Does this means I do not have to applied this patch?
