Penny issue when doing 3 way match

Hello,

We have a PO that has Use and Sales Tax marked on it.  When we do the 3 way match it calculated the sales tax correcly.  When we go into the "Payee" box and change the "Payee" and then down arrow the sales tax will change by a penny.  If we go back into the filed and just click out with making a change and down arrow it changes it back.

 

Has anyone seen this issue before or does anyone know how to fix it.
