Discovered agent is in "Status Pending"

I am new to Oracle 12C setup/configuration.

I have OMS setup and now are working towards discovering hosts and deploying agents.

I had host A properly discovered and was in the middle of deploying PeopleSoft plugin when I ran into some issues.

I decided to start from scratch.

  1. Stopped the agent
  2. uninstalled the agent
  3. removed the host

Now, when I try to discover the host, the discovery phase is successful however, the agent remains in "Status Pending".

Any ideas what I missed during the uninstal/clean phase?
