Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. adstrtal Cannot complete applications logon. You may have entered an invalid applications password

After migrating the ebusiness suite tier from AIX to Rhel. I am facing the following issue.

On starting the services via adstrtal.sh. I get the following error.

Cannot complete applications logon. You may have entered an invalid applications password, or there may have been a database connect error.

Verifed guest password in DBC, contextfile and in profile option.

Verified DBC file is valid also.

I am able to login as apps via sqlplus and can tnsping DB.

password case sensitive is set to false in init.ora.

I poked around adstrtal.sh and found the above error is being thrown from
