Partially Shared Structure

Hi Experts.
Will the actual costs from FBS cascade to a partially shared WBS structure?
Is there any workaround?

The complexity is this, we need to integrate with Primavera, as it is, the client's FBS is not the same as their WBS.
I was hoping I can use - partially shared structure.

Appreciate your advise.
