PRVG-11134 Multicast check task failed

Hi we are trying to install Oracle Rac 11g r2 11.2.3 after installed GI when i excute below command 

runcluvfy.bat stage -pre dbinst -n racdb1,rasdb2  

Cause: The specified interfaces were not able to communicate using a multicast address

Checking multicast communication...
