Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

We wants to add a salvage value of 3,000,000 for an asset with the following NBV.

NBV 1,848,986.27

Cost 7,400,000.00

ACC Dep 5,551,013.73

Prorate date 21-12-2009

Once we add a salvage value 3,000,000 system is giving an error of ' APP-OFA-47761 The salvage value cannot be greater than the NBV'

How we can resolve it?
