While Create DBCA in two node rac PRCR-1079 :faild to start resource.ora

 Hi
We have installed two node rac 11g r2  11.2.3 windows server 64 bit   installed GI and database  create dbca we have face issues on PRCR-1079 :failed to start resource ora.gsco.db
CRS-5017 : the resource action "ora.gscco.db.start" encouter the follwoing error

ORA-00119:invalid specifiaction for system paramter REMOTE_LISTENER
ORA-00132:
I have attached screen .Any body how to resolve this issues
