Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Advanced Pricing Modifier on Sales order DFF

I am trying to set up a modifier on basis sales header DFF to give discount

For this i created a qualifier attribute with the value of DFF attribute and linked it.

The i created a modifier with this qualifier.

But when i create a sales order the modifier is not being applied. Please advise
