Errors in the patch 8984462

when we applied the patch 8984462 we have different errors i attached files with errors

Dumping from LCT/LDT files (/u02/oracle/laprappl/ar/11.5.0/patch/115/import/arcmgdnb.lct(115.0), /u02/oracle/laprappl/ar/11.5.0/patch/115/import/US/arcmgdnb.ldt) to staging tables
Dumping LCT file /u02/oracle/laprappl/ar/11.5.0/patch/115/import/arcmgdnb.lct(115.0) into FND_SEED_STAGE_CONFIG
Dumping LDT file /u02/oracle/laprappl/ar/11.5.0/patch/115/import/US/arcmgdnb.ldt into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
A syntax error occurred at line 36 in file /u02/oracle/laprappl/ar/11.5.0/patch/115/import/US/arcmgdnb.ldt
